By accessing and using the Jagoo.ai platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Jagoo.ai is operated by Jagoo Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). These terms govern your use of our website at jagoo.ai and associated services.

Service Usage

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the services in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of third parties, or disrupts the operation of our platform.

Payment & Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly or as one-time payments as indicated. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT (22% applies for Italian billing addresses). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Data Processing Agreement

Pursuant to Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this Data Processing Agreement applies when Jagoo.ai processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor.

Annex A — Processing Activities

Categories of data: contact information, call transcripts, behavioral analytics. Purpose: provision of AI voice agent and automation services. Retention: as configured by the controller, minimum legally required period.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details), information generated by your use of our services (call logs, analytics), and technical information (IP address, browser, device).

Your Rights
